Account & Data Deletion

SUDA users can request deletion of their account and related data. We recommend in-app deletion (①), which verifies your identity automatically; an email request (②) is available only if you cannot use the app and is processed after identity verification.

① Delete in the app (recommended)

This is the fastest and most secure method. Because you are signed in and complete it yourself, no separate identity check is required.

  1. Open the SUDA app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Settings screen.
  3. Select Delete Account and confirm as prompted.
  4. Once confirmed, your account and associated data are deleted.

② If you cannot use the app (processed after identity verification)

An email request does not mean immediate deletion. To prevent anyone from deleting another person's account, we verify that the requester owns the account, and a request that cannot be verified may not be processed.

Only if you genuinely cannot use the app, please email us with all of the following. If any item cannot be verified, processing may be delayed or declined.

We match the submitted details against our records; if ownership cannot be verified, we may request additional proof or decline the request. Deletion is processed after verification.

③ What is deleted

When account deletion is processed, the following information linked to the account is deleted together:

Original call audio is processed in real time and is not stored, so it is not a separate deletion item. See the Privacy Policy for details.

④ What may be retained after deletion

If you have a paid subscription, canceling it is handled separately from account deletion, in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings.
